Great staff - needs updating

Very pleasant staff and as far as having a dog at the hotel no hassles and great - good place for walking dogs as well. The only reason I couldn't give it a higher rating was appearance - the main entrance was not clearly marked by signage and the carpet in the whole hotel needs replacing
