Sleep Inn MatthewsThey implied that the fee was for the first night for our ESA and pet dog, however, they charged my card for every night (3) for each dog. We have traveled all across the US and that has never happened. The room was not ready, only a half roll of toilet paper, toilet paper holder was dislodged from the wall, hoses and shampoo equipment blocked the entire hallway, poorly prepared (hard dry) eggs each morning, unfriendly housekeepers. Old hotel, poor landscape. Muddy. Owners were recently gas station owners and should find some other kind of work. They will rip you off!
