BED BUGS!!! CREEPY!!! AVOID!!!

We stayed in this space room 144 for the first and last time ever... NO MORE SUPER 8's for our family... BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUG BED BUGS... YUCK!

RESULT:

Cedric did issue a full refund of our room charges. it's a bit disenchanting that they did not ask or want my side of the story... they needed their third party exterminator to check the space out. Thank you to Cedric, and Astro Extermination Company of Valdosta, to prove that I'm not a liar. I am not offended by said delay, I just think that old man Reagan's "trust then verify" would have been more aptly suited here...

The managers name is Cedric Tyson, ctyson@superdaysvaldosta.com, (229) 244-8440. I was woken by bedbugs... I caught and killed three... Room 144 has to definitely be remediated... A real stress... Nobody in my party was pleased. The overnight person named Marc (if my memory serves) was accommodating and gave us another room, we decided to check out at 3:30-4:00 ish am... driving exhausted is better than driving while being bitten by BED BUGS...

lesson learned:
you get what you pay for... good people do good things. thank you Marc for seeming like you care... To Cedric... (YOUR APOLOGY IS ACCEPTED, your non empathetic tone will never be forgotten) you are a general manager of a space owned by super kind/warm hearted people... (so I have now discovered)... change your/their verify first policy... I can understand that your verify first policy can make economic sense... SUPER 8... NEVER AGAIN!
