Exceptionally clean and friendly staff
Hampton Inn St Augustine Historic DistrictThis hotel was exceptionally clean. Pet and people friendly. Staff was very hospitable as well. Great location. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful facility
Homewood Suites by Hilton Savannah Historic Dist/RiverfrontPerfect location, beautiful hotel and facilities. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was that I had to clean my floors and bathroom in my suite because there were fingerprints, smudges and grime. Inside common areas were kept fairly clean. The breakfast area was extremely clean. Outside around front entrance doors the garbage cans were overflowing and noticed several cups sitting on outside window sills and by doorways for the 3 days we were there. So basically rooms and outside of facility maintenance needs to have a staff meeting with that part of housekeeping.
