Nice but beware of the Wicked Witch

Check in went smoothly but when we brought the dogs in we were met by a crotchety, gray-haired older woman at the desk that yelled at us across the lobby that we needed to fill out pet paperwork and that there was a fee for having pets. I told her, yes we knew, it was on our reservation. It just felt horrible being scolded.
The rest of the stay was uneventful. The GM, Linda, is very nice.......the wicked witch needs to go...she was not friendly at all...no smile, no Hi, no small talk, no 'how was your stay, nothing.
