Awful
Lisa G'sI will start by saying this review does not reflect the bar staff. Both bartenders on duty tonight( 10/6/2023 ) were very attentive. It went south after that. After a wait time of 45 minutes (understandable for a Friday in Lake Placid), we were sat and ignored for an additional 25 minutes. We had our dog and our options for places to eat were cut down because of that, but that doesn’t mean we will put up with being ignored. We decided to give you a second chance after awful service on our last visit, but you just can’t seem to get your act together,Lisa G’s. I know my husband complained to the manager, but I doubt that went anywhere.

No longer dog friendly.
The Breakfast SpotI don’t know if she misunderstood me, but the French Canadian server simply said “no”, when I asked her if dogs were welcome. Our dog wasn’t even out of the car yet, so she had no clue what breed he was,( BTW, he’s a 28lb Whippet).
