Needs help

Needs a better training program for the front desk, scheduled room maintenance. Front desk person didn’t know they had coffee on site, recommended we go to Starbucks. Remote for tv had no battery cover, door latch was falling off the jamb. Ice maker not working properly, the noises from the appliances at night made sleeping difficult. The air conditioner was so noisy I thought there was a car outside playing loud rap music.
