Scam

I paid online and when I got there the guy working the nightshift told me that I had to pay an additional $100 CASH deposit (cash only). When I told him that it was noted anywhere (BringFido website, confirmation email, even their personal website) that that was required he told me that it's required to stay and not his problem if I don't have the ability to get that money. He was extremely rude and this felt like he was trying to scam me. We ended up not staying because he refused to give us a room we had already paid for and had to sleep in our car. Luckily BringFido's customer service was great and helped us out of this awful situation.
