Nice location. Not nice building.

The room itself was okay. The staff was excellent. The grounds were not well kept and the stairwells need improvement. There was a spot in the courtyard that used to be a lamp and now is capped off but otherwise exposed wires— it shocked my dog. Keycard readers, the only way to the parking deck besides walking all the way through the lobby and around, kept going in and out of service. The path out the door from my floor to the park was blocked by construction storage.
The staff was great and the room was comfortable. Lenox park is right there and has a small dog park and great walking trails. Very pet friendly area.
