Fire Hazard/Manager doesn’t respond

A/C went out, when I unplugged it, you could see the wall plug and the plug had burned. Manager would not even answer phone for his employee, Jordan. We had a dog, and they would not give us another room. Besides Jordan, no manager, or maintenance ever came to our room to check on the obvious fire hazard. Stay away from this hotel.
