Their website says you can check in with a bell if you arrive after 10pm. We arrived around 11 and found out there was no one on the premises at all! The doorbell there said only for emergency’s and even after we rang it no one came! Good thing there was no real emergency. When I called the next day to try and get a refund the man at the front desk was very very rude and told me the only way to get a refund was to submit a hand written note to the owner and he would decide if he would give a refund. When asked if I could talk to someone else he told me he wouldn’t give me the number to a manager or owner, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and will never attempt to go back.
