Great set up and friendly service- Rachel at front desk A+++

La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas DFW Airport North

We needed a hotel for a few nights due to a kitchen remodel. We have four dogs and 3 people. We reserved two rooms to accommodate the dogs. Called around 9 a.m. to see if we could check in early. Rachel didn't think so, but took the time to look. She did have two rooms on the ground floor next to each other and welcomed us to come on over.
When we checked in she was excellent. Her attitude and helpful attitude made it a big plus.

On top of that the ground floors had a door to the inner courtyard for a quick walk with the dogs. They also have a nice designated areas for the pets. Bonus points for the keys working on the side doors making it easier to get in and out.

We stayed at another LaQuinta a few nights before and were forced to use the front entrance every time to get in an out.

On top of all this on the morning of the 2nd night we found we could go home. She said as long as we checked out before noon we wouldn't be charged a 2nd night. We had prepaid on BringFido. Called and your customer service was able to verify that we did check out and the hotel didn't charge us and promptly sent confirmation of the refund.

Very pleasant experience in a stressful time with the remodel running late.
