Horrible

If I could give it zero I would because I went there with my reservation and I tried paying for it but the older man that works there said it wasn’t going through. I showed him that it said it went through on my bank and even the bank customer service rep said it as well and they still were giving me a hard time. I got charged for the room and still didn’t get to stay there because it said it wasn’t paid for. Worst motel 6 I’ve been to. I went to La Quinta afterwards and they were amazing and helped me very well. I was so tired at the end of my situation with motel 6 and la Quinta checked me in within ten minutes.
