Exceeded my expectations

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is super friendly (special shout out to Bailey) and they all seemed like true dog lovers (the doggie welcome bag was a great touch!). The hotel and the room we were given were beautiful and very clean. In addition to all this, the hotel restaurant was delicious and the hotel is in a great location. I wish all hotels tried to live up to the Kimpton Hotel Arras standards.
