Great Service

The front desk staff were fantastic! When we checked into the hotel and were given our room, we discovered the A/C was not working properly. I went to the front desk and reported the problem and within a few minutes Mykala, Carana, Nisha, and Michelle promptly got us new room. They were extremely polite, professional, friendly, caring. We will definitely stay there again!
