Disappointed

The receptionist at the check in desk was impatient and not responsive to our needs. Example. We were in need of a paper bowl for dog water and she didn’t have any. I reserved 2 rooms. One for my daughters family with 2 small dogs and one for me. They had all the dog rooms together in a small hall on the ground floor. I told the reservationists that I did not want to be on the ground floor and not in the dog hall. When we arrived the check in lady put me across from my daughter and family. My room smelled like wet dog. Breakfast was pitiful.
