Terrible location and room

Terrible room. Toilet not working. Crummy location. We canceled and booked on our own at a lovely Extended Stay America where they had special treats and bowls for our Aussie Doodle Barney. BringFido was very responsive and confirmed our refund.

When we got there they told us they only had a room m the 3rd floor, which was a pain.
