Service and food, excellent

Stumbled into this place as the restaurant next door wouldn't allow my puppy! We walked next door read the menu and gave it a try! Puppy was happy with his cookies and water while we were outside enjoying the ocean view. Service was great, friendly and fun. Food was excellent and priced right. Its not designed to be a five star appearance but it is relaxed and comfortable.
