OK in a pinch

There wasn't anywhere to walk the dog, and since the rooms face the parking lot, my dog woke me up many times overnight whenever anyone walked by.

Snow dog park nearby

Red Roof Inn St George UT - Convention Center

Nice place, clearly popular with dog people. Front lawns in the area but the empty gravelly lot out back has stickerburrs (best to avoid). However, Snow dog park is very close by (google maps) and the local dog owners all seemed very friendly.
