Fantastic
Florida Cracker CafeThe food is fantastic. Absolutely the best we had being here for 4 days. They love having Betty and gave her a lot of attention. Nice outdoor area for dining area.

Not that great
Maple Street Biscuit CompanyWe waited in line for an extremely long time. Unbenonsed to us the tables are first come first serve. I had to ask other patrons to find out. Ended up getting a dirty table that we had to bus ourselves. My bf brought out the food and it was already cold. Nothing by the way of water bowl. Overpriced and not worth the hassle.

Not what we expected
Aunt Catfish's on the RiverWhen we arrived I asked for a table outside because we had our dog. The hostess seemed annoyed & told us that it woud be at least a 25 min wait. I spoke to my bf & he wanted to wait. Well it was 40 mins & when we were seated the hostess again was rude. The food was okay but not worth the wait. I would not go here again.

Disappointed
McKenna's Place Port OrangeWe arrived after reading the reviews on trip advisor & seeing that they are dog friendly. When we pulled up there isn't a true outdoor seating area, just a random table on the sidewalk area in front of their strip mall location. We sat there attempting to find another place to go since it appeared that this area was mainly used by smokers to go. We ended up going back to First Turn that offers a large patio with real seating & good food/atmosphere.

Nice seating area
Panera BreadThe large outside seating has a covering & there are a few tables outside of the covered area. I was able to order inaide with my Chihuahua Betty in her carry bag. The employees were excited to see her. There were other patrons with dogs sitting outside also. We are staying at the hotel next dog so I'm sure Betty & I will return during our stay.

Cold Stone CreameryWe not only could order while I held Betty (Chihuahua) in her carry bag but the staff even gave her an ice cream for free. We loved our ice creams & will definitely be going back. Outdoor seating has benches & picnic table.

Dog friendly atmosphere
Original First Turn SteakhouseWe have visited twice since we've been staying in Port Orange. The atmosphere is very laid back with good food, live music & ice cold beers. We saw others with their dogs. They even have a doggy menu which they give you a huge portion for the price. Our little Chihuahua Betty was welcomed by staff & other patrons.
