Not up to Marriott standards
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington NorthWe were one of 3 guests in line at the front desk, waiting for the sole receptionist to complete a phone booking. Eventually, the first in line requested towels. Apparently, there had not been any in his room. The second guest hadn’t been given the room he booked. When it was our turn, all appeared ok but, upon going to our room, we discovered there was no heat and we were RIGHT beside the elevator which was very noisy.
We were finally moved to the third floor under protest because “pets are only allowed on the second floor.” We usually use the BringFido app and have always been happy with the app. Hotels need to stop penalizing guests for using what they call “third party apps” by giving us the noisy and older rooms. Why should we book directly with the hotel when it costs more??? Marriott, you have disappointed us! BringFido, keep up the good work!
