Huge room, overall good
The Cranberry, Ascend Hotel CollectionThe room was HUGE! The pillow top mattress was very comfortable, and there were high end toiletries. Breakfast was an additional $5 per person, but overall very satisfied. Everyone was dog friendly, and it was an easy check in/out.

Met basic expectations
Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte I-77 South NCI am used to Home2 Suites being very nice hotels. I was not as impressed with this location. There was ample places for my dog to walk and sniff. There were pet stations on one side of the building with bags and garbage cans. The room was clean, but in a state of disrepair. The office chair was broken and the arm of the chair torn. The blinds/shades were broken and ripped. The door hinges were rusty in the bathroom, and the hair dryer was filthy. It met our needs, breakfast was convenient and hot, but it was just not as good as expected.
