My grandmother, great uncle, and I stayed in this motel and they expected us to stay in a room with no security latch, a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and a broken refrigerator. When we brought it to their attention they said “you should have noticed sooner because you checked in at 2” when all we did was come in the room to eat lunch and leave immediately after. Let’s not forget that my uncle's room didn’t have a smoke detector. Will not be coming back.
