Great place to stay with Fido!

We had an excellent stay as we traveled from Newport to NC. The staff was friendly, super helpful and gave great service. The rooms we spacious an we were comfortable even with our 85lb dog. We were so pleased we changed our return reservations to this hotel. Thanks for making our long drive less complicated and stay pleasant!!!

Our only issue was that some exterior doors were broken and non guest could access the hotel stairwell. This could be a security issue. We had our dog, who could have alert us to unwanted intruders. I would probably not stay at the hotel without my dog, which is a shame, it really is a very nice place to stay.

Okay stay, needs upgrading

The staff was nice and helpful. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke, but they gave us another immediately and apologized for the issue. The facilities needed care and updating. The grass was very high which made it difficult to pick up dog waste and we were unsure what was in the grass. There was overflowing garbage and cigarette butts on the grounds. The bathroom was very small and the entire room needed updating.
