Handicap shower wanting
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hardeeville - Hilton Head an IHG HotelI love HIE, but I was so disturbed by the Shower - room 133 supposedly was handicapped accessible - the shower sprayer was one end of the shower at about 7 feet height with a fixture that needed to be loosened to free the nozzle. No way could someone in a 🚾 get to it - and the shower head had spray coming out all angles - I got soaking wet giving my sister a shower. Water all over the place - and the curtain is too short.Was so sad that it sends the message to handicapped individuals that they aren’t important. I wish you would fix this.

Disappointing breakfast
Best Western Plus Beckley InnVery disappointing breakfast!! Wait person was overworked (appeared) and cleanliness gave a lot to be desired. Check in took at least 45 minutes because registrar went away.

Fantastic stay for Mia and We
Hampton Inn Columbia I-26 Harbison BlvdStaff was so gracious- wanted to see our “adorable” (the sign on our door to let people know there’s a pooch inside)….Additionally the walking area, around the lake, was such a treat!! Comfortable and super clean rooms too…Thank you all!!
