Room Not Cleaned Properly

The room was not clean. There was dog hair all over the floor. There was dog hair on the beds. The grounds were well kept and had ample space to walk your dog except there was a mattress and box springs laying out on the property, which looked very unprofessional. There were also people smoking in the front entrance frequently, which was unappealing.
