Awful

My husband was driving across country and decided to stop at 2am to get some sleep. He was rudely welcomed by Kevin at the front desk and was informed that even though we had a reservation that he was not able to check in at all. Kevin was rude and unprofessional. Kevin informed him that he cannot check anyone in after 11pm. Last time I checked a hotel was meant to be a source of hospitality.
