Horrible, don't book a room through BringFido at this place

I booked a room at this place through the BringFido website. I'm not sure what happened, but when I saw the confirmation email for the room I had booked, the dates were for the same day I made the booking. I needed the following day. The confirmation email actually listed the booking date as "yesterday." I called the hotel, got the answering machine, and left a message explaining what had happened. I asked if I could just change the date of the booking. I also followed up with BringFido to let them know what had happened. They called the hotel and spoke with the manager to say that the booking had changed and that basically I wasn't a "no-show" for the room. The manager had already billed my card. He refused to change the booking and he refused to refund or void the charge, which was made after I had left the phone message.

I was told by the BringFido representative that they wouldn't be billing the hotel for the room. I even went to the hotel in person the following day with the intention of staying there and spoke with the manager. He was condescending and told me that I should be more careful when making online bookings. The woman at the reception desk said they had a room available for me but that they would have to charge me (a second time). I still haven't been refunded. Not sure if I will be, but I won't ever book a room at a Quality Inn again.
