Great dog park
District 3 Hotel Ascend Hotel CollectionVery affordable, nice hotel. The greatest feature is the enclosed area where the dog can play and run off leash. Area can be accessed from inside the hotel or through an outside gate facing parking lot.

Great place for breakfast
Cafe on the BeachThe food here is great. We had to wait a while to get a table and they brought us a water dish for our 2 girls while we waited. This was done without us requesting it. Great customer service. Beautiful view of the ocean while you enjoy your meal. I highly recommend

Too political
Lobo Del Mar CafeCame for breakfast. Food was decent, service was friendly. I just wish I had researched a little before going. If a company wants to display their political views it’s their business and have at it but I don’t want to support a business that is overtly political.
