Buyers be aware!!!!!!

This place needs serious changes but should be shut down!!!! The owner is money hungry and cares nothing about these defenseless animals. The smell is due to the horrible breeding practices she v does upstairs. Anything to make a quick buck! Animals are covered in mites and are sick and have respiratory issues. I myself and a handful of friends purchased over priced animals only to die within a week. I bought 2 snakes that died within 1 week. 1 had respiratory issues and mites. No refund given. Owner blamed me and said I should have taken him to the vet sooner! This v is c why there is no 30 day money back Gustave like other pet stores. Her pets often die. They c are Already sick and the cstress of a new home is to much on these poor
animals. She stays in business because of the variety of animals she carries. Others she would v have been done a long time ago. 2 of my friends quit working there due to the treatment and benefits of their animals. The owner takes in unwanted pets and resells them. Rather than quarantinjng them for mites and other infections she puts them in the cages right away with others to be sold. Hence why they r all sick and have mites. 1 of my friends quit due to a lady coming in who could no longer care for her bearded dragon. The beard developed respiratory issues and the owner told her x she would bring it back to health and then give it to a good home. Well once the lady left she told my friend to get it out of her sights and kill it in the freezer! Sickening! The fish tanks are green and fish all dead. That poor opossum is locked in that dirty small cage 24 7. The iguana was left outside in a chicken coop with no way of v getting sunlight. It was forced to get a small amount of sunlight by sitting on the very bottom of the coop. She kept v the coop outside by the entrance door.. that is incredibly stressful to an iguana since they need to be up high.... her own employees told me secretly never to buy their baby pythons as they are always sick and too thin. Baby iguanas r packed into a tiny cage and had no water! I have 4 snakes over the age of ten, iguanas and many other v reptiles and spiderzb that I've v had cut many years and I have NEVER had any of my pets just die!!!! So to have this woman sell me 2 snakes that died within a Week and then blame me was unacceptable. Myself and many others including 2 ex employees starting today are advocating for these animals. We will continue to file complaints until changes are made! More than likely. Most of these positive comments are fake and coming from her. Many many review sights all say the same thing. Poorly kept and neglected animals, place smells and purchased pets all died within a week! Something must be done!!!!!! Thankfully shevdoes not have cats or dogs in her store!!!!! Please do not continue to keep this xstore running. These animals deserve a better life. Not a miserable death sentence!!!
