Terrible service. Best to avoid

When we got to our room the air conditioning was not functioning. It was 82 degrees in the room. Calling front desk nobody picks up. Going to front desk in person they don’t provide any resolution or even an alternative room. There wasn’t even a manager on site! Stay somewhere that appreciates your biz.
