Poor experience

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield

We checked in on Friday, and checked out Monday. They charged us for 3 days for the room (correct) but insisted on charging us for 4 days of pet fees (incorrect.) On Friday when we checked in, the first time we used our toilet we realized is was not bolted to the floor. It would tip if you leaned at all. We immediately notified the front desk. It was not repaired Fri or Sat, because they didn't get to it. Sunday I talked to the guy who was going to repair it. I said we'd be gone all day, and please come in and fix it. We would have the do not disturb sign on because we didn't want housekeeping. However, when we got back it was not repaired and we were told it was due to the do not disturb sign.
