Pond is full of algal blooms- not safe for Fido
Heart PondWe went to Heart pond because it seemed dog friendly and had nice pictures on the website. Unfortunately, the pond is full of algal blooms deemed unsafe by the Health Department. There is a huge sign post indicating that the water is unsafe for swimming. The area also has a strange odor. We spent less than five mins there.

Great fenced in dog park!
Howe Park Off-Leash AreaMy 5month old puppy loves going there. We take him almost every other day. He learnt to socialize with other dogs at this park. Dogs of all sizes play here. People are very friendly!
