Best Western Plus Richmond Hill InnSuperb accommodations for dogs and their humans - quiet location, clean room, really nice grassy area for dogs, good breakfast. Best hotel we stayed at on our trip.

Quality Suites Lake Wright - Norfolk AirportA HUGE rambling hotel, our bathroom smelled of urine. Dogs welcome but grassy area around hotel have ‘NO PETS’ signs posted. Breakfast disappointing.

Convenient
Holiday Inn Express Richmond I-64 Short Pump Area an IHG HotelOur room was fine. Small but close to the stairs which works well for getting in and out with dogs.
