Adequate for a short stay
Days Inn by Wyndham BuckeyeThis is a somewhat worn out hotel where some surface “fixes” have been attempted, but executed poorly. For instance, the newish tile surround was literally crumbling off the wall. There is no good place to walk a dog in the immediate vicinity but there is a dog park with a lot of grassy areas about 10 minutes drive away.

Don’t stay here
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces Mesilla ValleyRoom was marginally clean. Power went out for six hours due to a thunderstorm. That was totally out of the hotel’s control but there was no communication to guests. There was no power, no a/c, and no Internet … and no reduction in the bill. Website states there is a free breakfast, and I realize COVID has affected services, but this hotel didn’t even make an attempt. The only thing out was bad coffee. Other places at least have a bagged breakfast with a juice and muffin.
