Expected a little better

Honestly not a bad location.. some homeless and crazies walking through the parking lot and behind the hotel who seem to friend some of the staff (no offense- but when you see staff outside smoking with these people it just gives you weird vibe). Checked in and turned light on above table in room 128 immediately saw two drink rings that looked “wet.” I touched it with my pinky finger and it was a sticky texture like honey- I went to the front desk and the gentleman working cleaned it for us which was very nice. I mentioned that he should say something to the cleaning staff and his response was “I don’t see them ever really so…..” I was like oh okay. Hahah. So in the room I moved the side table because our cats were trying to get behind the bed- found a black face mask and a tissue. Yum. The comforter had a yellow stain (didn’t smell) looks as if it was washed but it was there. The bathroom sink, shower and hair dryer all had previous handprints, dirt, toothpaste stains etc. The floor LITERALLY left our feet black. Literally. It’s TACKY and full of stains from previous animals being in there. I get it a “pet hotel” but it’s absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone.
