Great food, bar and location with a direct view to the water!

We've gone to Fulton's several times with our old pup who was welcomed by all of the wait staff. We walked through the restaurant to the outside patio without issue. Food is tasty and great selection of beers and drinks made to order. The outside patio has a full view of the water and marina! We will be back!
