Nice staff and room but potty area needs help

The room while a little dated was nice. Water pressure great. The staff was really nice with my baby. One concern is the potty area for puppies isn’t easiest to get to if your dog is too large to carry across hot pavement. Also other dog owners aren’t always responsible and there was a ton of poop everywhere. My biggest peeve is that there were sand spurs in the grass (not totally avoidable due to location I understand) and the spurs stuck in my puppies paw pads. I quickly bent down to pick her up and remove them only to step in a fresh pile of poop someone else left. The next door room had a dog that the guest left and it barked for a few hours til they returned. That being said it was a good night sleep but I wouldn’t stay here more than one night or two.
