Very comfortable
Super 8 by Wyndham McCallUneventful, no hassle stay. The only problem was the parking lot was being repaved.
Great location, but lots of vacationers
Eagle Cap ChaletsCheck in was easy. The front desk person was helpful throughout the stay, referring us to restaurants and other services. The room was adequate, but another guest in a large pickup kept going back to his truck, which beeped every time it was locked. I think the price for the room was excessive, but there were A LOT of people in town. Dinner at one restaurant was Cuban food. At another the wait, even for takeout was over an hour.
Comfortable room, easy check in
Sunset Inn John DayI arrived late, rang the bell and didn't have to wait more than a few seconds. No problems with my dog at all. The hotel is dated, but maintained very well. I slept comfortably.
Wonderful 3 star property
The Inn at TruckeeSet is up on ground floor so it was easy to get dog stuff in/out. The room was very clean. I slept soundly. The breakfast was limited, but more than adequate. There are a CVS, a grocery store, and several restaurants nearby. I booked a stay for my return home before I left. Definitely more than satisfied with my stay.
Dated with few ammenities
Motel 6 South Lake Tahoe CAThe facility needs remodeling, there are very few amenities, but I slept well. Definitely an aging low 2 star property , but I'd stay there again if there was a big price difference with nearby hotels.
Newer two star property
Motel 6 Mammoth Lakes CAAn either new or recently remodeled property, I heard infrequent noise from upstairs. The A/C was noisy. I did nopt sleep well at all - kept waking up. Would not stay again.
The way Moab should be
Moab Rustic InnRustic Inn is about one block off Main Street. It's an unpretentious, comfortable place. My dog loved it.
