Guestrooms

While the hotel changed their name to Clarion from Choice, they did a nice job on the remodeling of the lobby and front desk areas. They need to focus on remodeling the guest rooms as they are old and musty smelling. Had to buy Febreze spray and spray the curtains, carpet and walls to cover up the musty/mildew smell so we could stay in the room. They should have started with the guestrooms as this is where guest spend time and sleep. Although there aren’t many choices to stay in Jamestown, they shouldn’t be taking the public for granted. Would have stayed a Hampton Inn but we had a small dog and they aren’t allowed at Hampton.
