I would not stay here again

The website stated $10/night per pet. They reimbursed $5 per pet after I proved that it was in the listing. The clerk denies knowing anything about “BringFido” or ever hearing of it. No adequate place at all to walk your pets. We were not able to have a ground floor room as was in the ad from Fido. We were not provided with a Jacuzzi tub as stated. We were so excited and then disappointed :(
