We adopted Beau, who is mostly black lab, in late 2015. At the time the shelter said he was about 2 years old. He is totally a member of the family!

$75/night pet fee!!!
Staybridge Suites Toledo - Maumee an IHG HotelI read these reviews and was ready to book a room, but when I called, was told pet fee was $75!!! I'm actually shocked--we are staying in a lovely Staybridge in Davenport, IA tonight and the pet fee is $12.50. But $75?! No way.

Excellent! Wish every place could be like this
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Amarillo I-40 West TXThis place has been discovered by pet owners, so you see all kinds of wonderful pets and their smiling owners. Comfortable, clean rooms. Plus this was the only place on our x-country trip that had decent coffee— both regular (my husband) and decaf (me). Also no chemical smells— yay!!

Fantastic!!! Dogs allowed IN brewery restaurant :)))
Switchback Brewing Co.This is the best place ever! The owner is apparently super dog friendly and allows well-behaved, leashed dogs right in the brewery restaurant. Plus they have vegan (and non) food. We had an awesome vegan hot dog with toppings. I don't drink alcohol, but my husband said the beer (brewed on-site) was great. Super friendly vibe. Wish all places were this dog-friendly and fun!
