Convenient but very run down
Econo LodgeNothing special about this place other than they are dog friendly and it was on our route. Everything is run down and in desperate need of a redo. Paint peeling, old furniture...you get the picture. I would only stay here again if I was desperate and there was not another hotel room available.

Convenient and pet friendly
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lake CityThis was an overnight stop for us on our way home. The check-in was efficient and the employee was personable. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was adequate walking area for our dog. There was clear signage in the rear of the rear parking lot of where not to walk your dog. There is a residence or business back there. The signage, I assume was prompted by dog owners who are not responsible and considerate. We would stay again when our travels take us near this location.
