Very disorganized and dirty

Impossible to get a re-supply of morning coffee or anything to the room. Had to call their main offices for an hour just to get them to honor their complimentary breakfast (that I paid extra for at booking) then got charged extra in my bill. Mold in the shower, which shows they do not clean the rooms well. This hotel is not close to a park like I thought. Not great for a dog. Very angry with my stay,
