Room was very dirty and bare boned

My room reeked of smoking even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. It was so dirty I don’t think it ever was cleaned at all. Bare bones with nothing to offer. Only one positive thing is that there’s a area for pup to potty with poop bin provided.
