Staff rude

Had to use back entrance. Hotel front desk woman had me wait for no reason. She talked to another employee a while then explained she was overworked after being rude. Not my problem. Sorry no excuse. We love this town but will never go back to this hotel. Really dirty hallway carpet. Breakfast was good. Room was fine. Dog walk yard area was good and convenient No outside lit up sign was a bit strange. I had been there before so I knew it was tucked back from the road. Other employees were nice.
