Great location, but poor service and NOISY!

Our efficiency apt was very nicely furnished and was very comfortable. Its location is really within walking distance of all the main sites in Old Town Key West. But, we did not get room service (trash cans were overflowing and we literally ran out of toilet paper) and the load noise went on LONG after the "quiet time" of 10pm. The place is nice, but they need to step up their game re: cleaning and enforcing the nighttime rules.
