The room was cleaned before I arrived, however I noticed several cigarette burn holes in the bedding. The comfort of the bed and pillows were decent. They didn’t have a trash bag located in the trash can inside the room I had to use a plastic bag I brought in. The door to the room is secure however you can see light all around the frame. The curtains in front of the window allow more light in then I like. No elevators so it’s steps if you’re on the second floor. Make sure to check to see if they have the remote in the room mine was gone glad I found that out before they tried to charge me for it. The Fido price is just the room fee does not include the $20 pet fee. They also charge you a $25 refundable deposit but you pay that up front.

Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6-9 am no one was in the lobby and the outside doors were locked. They no longer give you a choice of breakfast it’s a muffin, biscuit, and yogurt(they don’t provide the spoon). I then went down to get coffee and the coffee was warm not hot so no telling how long it had been sitting there. The young guy who works the morning shift says you know there is no dogs allowed in here right? I told him the other three ladies didn’t say anything. Some of the staff was friendly some weren’t. The only huge plus’s was the amount of light they had in this place. And the “potty” area is one tiny section in between two deep ditches. No well designed for dog owners. A plus was all rooms had a mini fridge and microwave
