Disgusting

I wish webpages would give a real information about places. It’s a very nice area with a lot of cafes, stores, activities, but motel itself is plain disgusting. I’ve prepaid for a week. We are scared to be here. I travel with children, we didn’t expect meet people smoking weed on the balcony next to our room or the room to be filled with roaches of all possible shapes and sizes! The microwave didn’t work (we paid extra for the room with microwave and refrigerator), mold and rust everywhere, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was dirty and sticky. The air conditioner/heater doesn’t work, but filled with tons of dust. Is it healthy to breathe it?! Roaches… I don’t have words for this one! They were running like crazy all over the place: floors, walls, tables 🤦🏼‍♀️ I went to the reception and the lady said that roaches were everywhere! She kindly asked me to check one of the newer rooms … it looks cleaner for sure, but we are so scared to be here. Since I prepaid a week, I have no idea how to get out of this one.
