The Good, Bad & Ugly

I am really on the fence about giving this 3 bones vs 1. It is very dog friendly, has areas for pups to do their business. Was quiet away from the office. I booked and stayed at the above because it was convenient to my Doctors appointments and I was able to keep my pups which are my kids with me. While this option was wonderful I would hesitate to stay here again due to how dirty and disgusting the rooms were.

On the first night checking (very late check in) in I was given room 101 right next to the office and after getting into the room found it to be absolutely disgusting from not being cleaned. I found multiple pubic hairs in the tub, jelly smears on the night stand, the sprinkler in the ceiling was wrapped with some sort of tape/cloth and I found my feet were filthy after walking across the floor barefoot 2xs. I went to the office to ask for another room because of how unclean the room was. The gentleman was very nice but I was told that I had to wait and speak with the Mgr. in the morning. So I had to spend the night in a very dirty room.

The next morning I went and spoke to the day Mgr. who did end up switching us to room 113 which had a small kitchen area in it. I did go and look at the room and it was better than the first but not up to par. After getting into the room we found the heater unit was not working and after about 4 hours of working on it..it had to be replaced. I was happy the bathroom, tables and beds were clean but after walking barefoot on the floor my feet again were extremely dirty.

I chose to stay in this room for the rest of my stay as it was better than the first room, I did not want to move again and I needed to get to my doctors appointments. If I choose to stay here again I will bring my own cleaning supplies to be on the safe side. So based on being able to keep my "kids" with me I gave it a 3 bone but if they were not with me I would have given it a 1 based on not being clean.
